Software built for specialty subcontractors
AdvantaBuild is made by Tanstone Technologies LLC, a software company that has been in business since January 2023. We build tools for the trades — the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other specialty contractors who do the work on every job site.
Most construction software is built for general contractors and owners. AdvantaBuild is built for the subcontractor side of the job: daily logs, RFIs, submittals, punch lists, budgets, change orders, scheduling, time tracking, and billing — in one place, connected to QuickBooks, and simple enough for the field.
