Delete your AdvantaBuild account

You sign in to the app with your mobile number. To have your app account deleted, ask your company's office to turn off your app access and remove you, or email [email protected] from any address with your name, your company, and the mobile number you sign in with. We'll confirm with you and let your company know.

A company administrator can remove you in Settings → Team. To delete your own account, or if you're the company's administrator and want the whole company account deleted, email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with.

• Your sign-in: your account, mobile number and email for signing in, and every device signed in to the app.
• Your profile details (name, contact details and role) on your account.
• When a whole company account is deleted: all of its data, including time, photos, daily logs and projects.

We act on requests within 30 days.

Hours you worked, the locations recorded when you clocked in and out, job photos and daily logs are your employer's work records, and employers often have to keep payroll records by law. When only your own account is deleted, your company keeps those records under your name until it deletes them or closes its AdvantaBuild account. Backups age out on a routine schedule.
